The XT500 side cover clock is supplied as a kit. The assembly is very simple:

• Place the aluminum cover on the side cover and mark the 11 mounting holes and the center hole.
• Remove the aluminum cover and drill the marked holes with a 3mm / 9mm (wood) drill bit.
• Finish the surface of the two raw aluminum sheets as desired, e.g. apply a sanding stroke or polish them
• Screw the aluminum cover, close the lock opening with the round aluminum cover and the adhesive pad
• Insert the movement and mount the hands
• Wall mounting can be done on the two upper tabs
