We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order the shipping cost will be calculated by "Australia Post" based on the accumulated packaged weights of the items in your order. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. Delivery dates for you are based on the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page and are meant as a guide only as this information is provided by Australia Post. We normally ship within one working day, however there may be times when this is not possible every effort is made to have your order in transit within 48 hours (2 working days).

Special Note: International Shipping does NOT include any Duty or Taxes that may be applicable at the receiving end. These costs will vary depending on the countries import policies and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please be aware of any possible extra charges that may be applied by your countries Customs department before placing your order.

You may return MOST new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Electrical items that have been removed from their packaging or have visible signs of having been fitted are not returnable as we can no longer guarantee their usability to the next purchaser.
If for some reason you have changed your mind or simply made the wrong selection and you do need to return an item a 10% restocking fee will be applicable, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
