Shipping

We ship worldwide, with shipping costs calculated by Australia Post based on accumulated package weights. Delivery dates are determined by your chosen shipping options, with estimates available on the shipping quotes page. We aim to dispatch orders within one working day, but please allow up to 48 hours for processing.

Express Post: Refer to Australia Post website.

International Shipping: Please note that international shipping does not include duty or taxes, which may vary depending on import policies. These costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Free Shipping: Orders over $750AUD to Australia and New Zealand qualify for free shipping. Note that this option must be selected at checkout.

Special Rates: Special rates are available for shipping to Canada, USA, Japan, United Kingdom, and South Africa.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it easy.

How to Request a Return

Please complete our Return Request Form or email sales@kedopartsaustralia.com with your order number and details.
We’ll reply with return instructions and confirm whether your item is eligible.

Eligibility

Most new, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Electrical items can’t be returned once fitted, connected, or removed from packaging (unless faulty).
Special order items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refund or Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, you can choose between:

A refund, less a 10% restocking fee (to cover transaction and handling costs), or
A store credit for the full item value — no restocking fee, and it never expires.

Store credits are a great option if you plan to purchase again.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If we’ve made a mistake or your item arrives faulty, we’ll cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
